Daily mail, weekly magazines and daily newspapers from our address in the United States to San Miguel de Allende, Gto. The service also includes the delivery of monthly magazines 3 times per week. Netflix are free from/to USA
Two day 1st class mail service to the USA Express mail service provides guaranteed two day service to the US Post Office four days a week. This service costs 5 pesos per ounce (most letters cost 5 pesos). Don't worry if you don't have a stamp-we offer them at 10 pesos apiece. We also have the official US stamp order form so you can purchase your stamps through the mail. The daily mail leaves our office at 5:00 p.m. during the week and 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Karma mail is a service provided by La Conexión to our traveling clients. We provide the mail drop and your fellow travelers pick up the mail when they're heading for the border and mail it for you. You then return the favor by picking up the mail before your next foray to the States, thereby creating good Karma for your trip.
Packing Service
La Conexion, is a company located in San Miguel de Allende that provides a consumer package service (this includes used personal items) from Laredo, Texas USA to San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato MX.
La Conexion Provides the following services:
Package receiving center located at 220 N. Zapata Hwy. # 11 Laredo, TX 78043-4464. The hours at the Laredo office are: Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This is a package receiving center. Due to the complexity of the business, the Laredo staff is not available to the clients. All business needs to be conducted between the client and the main office located at Aldama #3, San Miguel de Allende, Gto. Mexico 011-52-(415)152-1599
1. The charge for this service is very simple (S&H) and these charges accrue when your package of consumer goods, for personal, use arrive at 220 N. Zapata Hwy. #11, Laredo, Texas. By the time your package arrives in SMA all of La Conexion's costs are paid; therefore, when your package arrives to you the fee can not be negotiated. Your S&H fees are to be paid when you pick up your package in San Miguel de Allende.
The shipping and handling (S&H) charges are:
$1.00 USD per pound shipping * (subject to volume weight measurement)
17% of the value for handling (no handling charge for books)
2. Your package (this includes used personal items) MUST arrive with an invoice showing the value of the merchandise, this includes all supplements for personal consumption.
3. All supplements for personal consumption MUST arrive in the original packaging. La Conexion only imports USA/Canada supplements for personal consumption.
4. La Conexion insures against loss but not against breakage. It is important that your packages arrive at 220 N. Zapata Hwy. # 11 with proof of delivery in order to claim a loss. Because USPS confirmation confirms only to the zip code and not the location; therefore, does not constitute proof of delivery to 220 N. Zapata Hwy. #11.
5. By using the tracking number from your package confirmation, you can determine the date your package arrived at 220 N. Zapata Hwy. # 11. The processing of your package can take up to 10 working days to arrive in San Miguel de Allende.
6. Monday through Friday La Conexion can provide next-day service from the United States, you must come to the main office located on Aldama #3 to fill out an expedited service request form. There is an additional $50.00 USD fee for the next-day service.

8. We do not ship northbound. We suggest that you use MEXPOST located next door to the Mexican post office. Over the years they have proven to be the least expensive and the most efficient northbound package service in San Miguel de Allende.
