What is the Real Estate Reference Library? If you have property for sale or rent, we offer you a simple and convenient way to present that information to the steady stream of visitors and clients coming through the doors at La Conexión no matter what the season, high or low.

We've set up an easy way for you or your representative to register your property for publication and previewing in the new Real Estate Reference Library, which is located upstairs at our Aldama #3 location in the Centro. When your property sells, the 6% commission will be divided between the library and you or your representative. Real estate agents are welcome!

The following documentation is necessary for property registration:

Registered copy of the property deed
Copy of current municipal tax receipt
Copy of current utility bill
Copy of owner's identification
Signed signage permit (provided by La Conexión)
Signed commission agreement (provided by La Conexión)
